At Aplix.pk, we’re committed to bringing you skincare that’s effective, clean, and crafted with care. Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we hope you love every product you receive.

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

✅ When You Can Request a Return or Refund

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • The product delivered was expired

If you experience any of the above, please submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

📩 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@aplix.pk with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  2. Please allow us up to 48 hours to review your request.
  3. Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup via our courier partner — straight from your doorstep.

💸 Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product and confirm the issue, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note:
Returns or refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
